Ugh it hurts it really is grief. the amount of forgiveness in my heart the amount of understanding I offer but even when I’m mad I’m really just deeply sad cuz I love those who I meet I can’t help but meet their inner child I can’t help but love and understand them and deep down I just want to be there for them and help them but I have learned to become selfish. I have learned that I deserve the same level of understanding too. I deserve the same I give. I deserve fairness. I deserve to be held physically & emotionally. I deserve the help I need. I offer help when I am broken and have nothing. Because I love. But I need help. I need guidance too. I have learned that I have to be safe. I have learned to protect my peace. I have learned boundaries. I was forced to preserve my life. Or else I would be dead by now
