Esteemed guests, myself and the Meta-Knights are honored to welcome you to the second annual Midsummer Jubilee! The server has been completely revamped and looks better than ever, and we have all sorts of fun events planned for it! That being said, here are just a few things you need to know for when you join: 

Both Canon Characters and Original Characters are welcome! Goodness knows I’ll have a few of my OCs there.

You don’t have to be a Kirby RPer to join! The event is set on the Halberd, but anyone from any fandom can join, so long as they follow the rules. 

Like last year, we WON’T be allowing angst or fighting. This is supposed to be a fun, relaxing party for muses of all backgrounds. We’re enforcing this rule much stricter than we were last year to prevent trouble from breaking out.

The discord server comes equipped with bots and voice channels, and suggestions can be made to the mods if you think there’s something we could add that will improve the server! 

Of course, there will be much more information to be found in the rules and channel descriptions, and if you have any questions before you join, feel free to DM me for extra information! 

An official post with the invite link will be made the day of the event. The Midsummer Jubilee will officially begin Monday at 6:00 PM Central American Time, but you are encouraged to join before then to familiarize yourself with the server!

Kinda boring flavors, but he could deal with those. Better than no icecream at all. 

“Oh, that’s okay. I don’t really like toppings on my icecream. It sorta gets in the way of the icecream’s flavor.”

Shirby browsed the flavors before trying to look around and find some bowls. He didn’t know Kirby’s kitchen very well, so he was sorta failing to find any. Sheepishly, he looked at Kirby.

“Do you have bowls? I like eating icecream in a bowl.”

“Yeah! Let me grab one for you.” Kirby went over to a cupboard, taking two bowls out and bringing one over to Shirby. He went over to a drawer and took out two spoons and an ice cream scoop, setting them down on the table.

“You can have as much as you want, so go nuts!” Kirby himself took two scoops of each flavor, putting them in his bowl and pouring chocolate syrup all over it. He topped it off with a mountain of whipped cream and a cherry on top!

Guess what today is!

((As of today, Luna has been on tumblr for two whole years! I never thought I’d make it this far! So much stuff has happened this year I didn’t expect, Gremlin’s permanent stay being one of the bigger ones. I want to thank each and every one of you for sticking with me. Shirby listened attentively to Kirby as he listed off stuff, then he talked about ice cream..

“We could eat some ice cream then go racing..”

Shirby suggested, clearly wanting to get to that icecream part as soon as possible. He was pretty into the frozen stuff, even though he only ate ice cream usually on special occasions. Well, he’s hanging out with Kirby, so it is sorta special? Not really? Eh, he’ll use any excuse he wants. He wants ice cream.

“What sorta ice cream do you have?”

“Let me check really quick.” Kirby wasn’t sure which flavors he hadn’t eaten yet. He motioned for Shirby to follow him into the kitchen before hopping up to the freezer. He climbed in, digging around for a bit before bringing out three tubs full of vanilla, strawberry and chocolate ice cream.

“I also have some toppings, too!” Kirby closed the freezer, opening the fridge instead. He took out a can of whipped cream, a bag of cherries and a bottle of chocolate syrup. “I ran out of sprinkles, though.” Kirby gave Shirby an apologetic look, as if all this wasn’t already a lot.

Shirby had shown up to Kirby’s place for a little bit of a hangout sesh. He’d knocked on the door, the two had already greeted eachother as they would, and now they just needed to figure out what exactly they wanted to do. Shirby hadn’t a single plan in mind, he knew he just wanted to.. Like.. Hang out.

“..Do you have any idea for what we should do together, Kirby? Because I’m up for anything. And you’re like the host, or whatever, so whatever you wanna do?”

Shirby was pretty passive about the activities, but he was excited to spend time with one of the few people he really respected.

“We could go to the park, if you want!” Kirby suggested. “Or if you’d rather stay here, we could make huge bowls of ice cream, or play video games, or-” Geez, no wonder these two were thought to be opposites! Kirby might have an endless list of possible things to do. “There’s always warpstar racing, too!”

“Y’all I can’t stop thinking about ice cream... I’m startin’ to drool I want some so badly!”

Final Update! A decision is reached!

((After a lot of thinking, I’ve decided that I will keep threads as a thing for this blog. Guess we’re back to rping! Third try’s a charm, after all!

The threads I’ve already closed are going to remain as closed, however. I might put out a starter call soon, though!))

Update Part 2: Electric Boogaloo

((Y’know what honestly... I think I might keep threads open just for this blog. My other blogs will remain as ask-only, but I have been a little sad when I think about never being able to thread with certain people and muses. I might end up being a little more selective, but then again I might still thread with anyone.

I want to know what you all think, though. Is there anyone who would even be interested in threads with this blog?))
