it’s really honestly bad out here that i’ve been coming back to my silly ancient blog just to free myself of these Thoughts. but like. genuinely seriously fuck everyone else except for dream and george. it’s appalling to see the way dream is being treated by antis but especially those who are relatively closer to him than fans could ever be, the ones dream considers his friends. he has always shown them nothing but love and kindness and support in public or behind the scenes but what does he get in return? silence, some vague non-answer that enables harassment, these people shying away from showing public support of dream. it’s not something like “they owe dream this” bs mindset. i’d like to think their “friendships” with dream are not contractual but i really am starting to wonder wtf is going on that they refuse to associate with dream, they refuse to show him basic human decency. why are they so scared of that? they’re not idiots. they see how people treat dream on the internet after he’s been forced to let himself be vulnerable more than once about his sexuality. it kills me to know dream thinking it’s worse now than one of the worst moments of his life (cheating drama). call me parasocial or whatever but i don’t lose anything from caring about another person even if they don’t know me, putting myself in their shoes and recognizing, “wow this is fucked up” and wanting better for them.
