HORUS SERAPHIM
One of the earliest frames ever discovered in the Broadcasts, the Seraphim fabrication permissions have only ever been granted to a few pilots. Those who are chosen are almost always seasoned HORUS operatives or completely new pilots causing field reports about the Seraphim to vary wildly. Even more peculiarly, is its habit of showing up in strange places in historical documents and photographs inexplicably out of time and place. While such phenomena has been found to not be entirely uncommon within Lich pattern group mechs, the sheer number of such incidents has raised many concerns within watchdog groups and historians about the chronological corruption of such items. Many pilots report consistent dreams of faint voices reciting poetry in soothing tones. Most commonly excerpts from "Saint's Elegy", the ever first recorded Broadcast output, with several confirmed ties to Horus literature and projects. Union scientists have yet to find any substantial effects from these dreams but urge pilots and those in close proximity to remain cautious regardless. This frame has actually sort of existed for a while, (and has overtaken the sphinx repeatedly) and with the imminent end of player sided mechs for the sixth voice it felt like it was now or never to bring it back from the dead. As a lich alt frame it has a lot to deal with and work around out of the gate. Additionally, i believe in alt frames based around the license, not the base frame, which does impact this license a lot more than some others due to how iconic the lich is. Anyway, its main focus is leaning more into the antilinear time and status application. Its ability to take a condition to apply it to a hostile character as well allows for the rapid spread of debuffs. Additionally, it is able to move for free (ignoring slow/immobilize) increasing for each condition it has. Its ability to hijack enemies boosts to give to its allies makes them hypermobile as well. Finally, its core active turns back the block, removing allies conditions and allowing them to recover hp or clear heat a substantial amount. Overall its very good at juggling conditions and the more risks you take with it, the more mobile your team becomes.
