Alright, so London had some really beautiful backgrounds for my pictures, didn’t enjoy the unimaginable amount of people that fit in one city though. I’m honestly not one for large cities.

I really need to get on this account again, I don’t think I’ve actually used it since this summer.

The Dream Thieves by Maggie Stiefvater
Title: The Raven Cycle book 2: The Dream Thieves
Author: Maggie Stiefvater
Rating: 4/5
Date Read: May 24th - June 7th 2016
Review:
Alright you people, another amazing book.
The Dream Thieves is the second book in The Raven Cycle, and just like the previous book it is absolutely splendid (it may even be better than The Raven Boys).
The Dream Thieves start of where the last book ended, with Gansey still searching for Glendower. This book focuses on Ronan's confession wich was the last sentence of the first book;
"I guess now would be a good time to tell you" he said.
"I took Chainsaw out of my dreams."
and we get to know more about Ronan and what being a greywaren actually means, while we get too see a lot of the other characters The Dream Thieves mainly focuses on Ronan which is something I found myself not having a problem at all with since he proved to be a really interesting character.
Something I've really come to love about these books is that as a difference from a lot of YA books the characters feel real in the way that they act the way real people act in a situation and not the way a classic hero/heroine would act.
All in all The Dream Thieves was an amazing read without a single moment when you question yourself "why am I reading this again?", and I can't wait to get on with the series (honestly, I'm about halfway through Blue Lilly, Lilly Blue while writing this and my copy of The Raven King was dispatched from Book Depository earlier this day).
To be completly honest I don't actually know why I'm not rating this book a full 5/5 stars, it just doesn't exactly feel like a full star book for whatever reason.

Summer is here, finally (though it's around 12°c out so I won't be running in flowery fields yet). * * I am now done with the nine mandatory years of school we have in Sweden, and even though I'll be attending (at the very least, I'll probably do more studying after that) three years of gymnasiet it feels really great to be out of school. * * So now starts the time of happiness, books, and worrying about whether or not I get in to the school I want to go to. * * I wish you all a great summer!
I’m now starting the second the last part of The Raven Cycle (and the last part I actually own at the moment), Blue Lilly, Lilly Blue. I’m really loving this book series. * * I’m also really proud of myself for finishing The Dream Thieves earlier than I thought I would. * * I hope all of you are having a great day!
Hi! * * My mun hot me this time-turner for Christmas last year and even though I rarely wear it since it’s kinda bulky I always keep it on my HP shelf because, well, where else would I have it? * * I’m not finished with The Dream Thieves by Maggie Stiefvater yet, I’m really loving the book even more than The Raven Boys though, and I’m probably not gonna finish it during the upcoming week either since next week will be really busy (Monday: dad’s birthday, Tuesday: several hours of walking with 7th and 8th graders in a forest, Wednesday: the 9th graders ball at my school, Thursday: my sister takes studenten (Swedish ceremony for someone ending “gymnasiet” which is basically 10-12 grade), Friday: I graduate from högstadiet (7-9th grade), and during the weekend my dad and stepmom are getting married). I feel as though I’m never going to get on track with my goodreads challenge of reading 75 books this year since I’m at the moment three books behind schedule, but I know I’ll probably get on track as soon as the summer holidays starts. * * I hope you’re all having a great first week of June and an amazing summer!
Hi! So, since I earlier today managed to make my copy of The Dream Thieves by Maggie Stiefvater damp (never put books in the same part of your bag as a box containing watermelons, you never know if the box will let water onto your book), I’m taking this day to honour the beauty of books in imperfect condition. Harry Potter and The Goblet of Fire: I don’t actually know what made the spine and backside of this book release, it’s just been that way for as long as I can remember. Regeneration: the killer= I bought this on a second hand store when I was around 12 so once again I don’t have a story of how the spine got cracked and how water got into the book. Cress: This is the book I read while I was in England last summer, and since I carried the book anywhere I went it suffered some (I dropped parts of it into a puddle, parts of it has hot chocolate in it because I am seriously clumsy and can’t even drink without spilling, parts of it even has dried plumb in it ain’t my friend forgot to tell me she put a plumb in my backpack one day). The Dream Thieves: The Watermelon Incident… I usually tend to try and keep my books in perfect condition, but I also think books in imperfect condition are beautiful in the way that there is not one other book that looks exactly the same.
