Repressed anger

My jaws hardens, teeth clenched probably too tight for all I can feel is the heat boiling from my insides. I formed a fist, hid it and tucked it away in my pocket but my veins told the truth. I curled my toes to stop myself from uttering such negativity but my legs trembled in my pants. My anger cannot be hidden. It will make itself known and if I don’t let it occur, my face will become ugly. My dark circles will enhance and lips will become brittle. It will storm in and take away the flowers I planted in my garden leaving behind dust. My body will be left feeling dense if my anger doesn’t speak. My anger has a voice and although it may not be important for you to listen, it is important to for me to let it speak but regardless of how often I hold it back, it will find a way to the surface. It will scream if it must. My story is not always daisies and sunshine. An earthquake is coming at its highest frequency.
