Zoro and Robin, both lactose intolerant but at varying degrees.

Zoro is only mildly intolerant, meaning he just gets gassy and has a stomach ache for a bit. He'll only have to run to the bathroom once and it won't be too bad.

Robin is VERY intolerant, meaning get out of her way in the next 5 seconds or else both your lives will be changed for the worse.

Neither Robin or Zoro tell Sanji. Because they are masochists. They both like milk. They both love cheese. They will not let this skinny blonde man take their pleasure away from them.

Sanji finally notices after a few weeks though, he figures it out himself just by observation and pattern. So he tells them, and he immediately switches to soy, as he has plenty of it as protein alternatives when they run out of eggs and meat, or just for backup rations in general.

Only for Usopp to apparently have a soy intolerance and apparently liking it enough to want to ignore it and keep drinking the soy milk even after declaring he felt so sick he thought he was going to DIE.

Sanji cannot win, he's on a ship full of masochists. This is worse than dealing with nitpicky customers at the Baratie.
