Okay hear me out here. I think the daughter in law who killed her for the money is the Old Taylor.

First, the ghosts she is running from are older versions of herself. The ghost with the white sunglasses is wearing the cat ears from the 22 music videos. And the one with the cowboy hat… is that a Cowboy Like Me?

Second, the running scene in Anti-Hero is just like the one from OOTW, where she was running from herself and it is widely believed that she kills her other “self” on the beach at the end.

To me, it seems like the daughter in law in the Fearless dress cements the theory that the Old Taylor is the one who killed her for the money.

Also, I think the younger son in the funeral scene is Scooter Braun. Look at the parallels with The Man. The younger son is dressed like the guy in the boat scene from The Man. Now that she is re-recording her old albums, her “pennies made his crown.” He helped “kill” but he was only left 13 cents in her will.

It would make sense for the older son to be Scott Borchetta, but I’m not sure. Has anyone seen any evidence of this?

I take 'Dear Reader' very personally because I feel like it kinda connects with the fact that we, fans, always are like 'taylor is my bestie, she gives the best advices, she should be more vocal about some things, she should speak up on this and on that, I wish she could tell me what's her take on this problem, I wish she could tell me what to do' and sadly, we forget, she's a real person just like us and she's experienced things we have no idea about. I think she's trying to say: hey, you're broken and you want me to help you get through this, but Iook, I'm broken too. And now I really appreciate all the interactions she used to have with us on here, especially during 1989 era because she was literally falling apart and we didn't know, but still she was sending us comforting messages when we needed and she was trying to cheer us up when probably there was no one to cheer her up cause she was feeling super lonely as the line 'If you knew where I was walking to a house, not a home, all alone 'cause nobody's there' says. It's heartbreaking to think about but I am really happy she said it out loud. She can't solve everyone's problem cause she's not a god, she's a human being with emotions and heart.
