Dressing up beauty

At kindy I dressed up with my friends and tried on adult roles and it was serious business.  As a teen I dressed up to fit in with my friends and it was serious business. In my twenties I dressed up to apply for a job and it was serious business.  For fourty years I dressed up to keep a job and it was serious business.  At sixty I thought I didn't care anymore and I could finally dress up for fun. But I do care. Clothes are a language. I dress up to express to others who I am, what I value and what I enjoy. Dressing up can be playful. Yet it is serious business.  This blog cycles through fashion design themes and some other themes that matter to me. The intros to each theme and some comments are mine. However all comments from the sources are also retained.
