Basically that, after Sasuke left the village he caught himself missing Naruto a lot. To the point that he starts like making a doppelganger that turns themselves into Naruto.

At first it's just to like, train or even do stupid activities for fun. Then at night, he's always been unable to sleep, but being near Naruto always had helped. So it turned into sleepovers, then to cuddling to sleep.

As he grew older, Sasuke also tried to make the Naruto clone age with himself. And he noticed, how attracted he started to feel towards him. Sasuke had always felt like he liked Naruto a little too much, but this was a different level.

So at some point he started to kiss the clone. Innocent. Cheek kisses, forehead kisses or letting the clone kiss his hand and stuff. Then he wanted more, so at night he started to actually make out with the clone. It drove him crazy. So crazy that at one point they started fooling around.

Just little touches, more intense make out and some good old dry humping. Then that wasn't enough anymore and he let the clone actually touch him. Touch his dick, lick his hole, finger him and he touches the Fakeruto in return.

At one point it turns into more, full on nasty sex. But on days where he's mentally drained, it's all sweet and loving.
