Michael Afton,

known among workmates as just "Mike" (35 years old), lives alone in Yokohama since he´s 17, and keeps changing jobs every month. He keeps over his shoulders the pressure of being William Afton´s son, hidding it because he knows everyone will fear him if they discover, though hidding it is imposible when he looks like him, drives his father´s old car and lives in the same apartment that´s still at William´s name.

Since a kid he hated his father. Nowadays that he was discovered as the culprit of multiple children murders in the USA (they moved around the world until they ended up in Japan), he has more reasons to hate him. William´s disapearance didnt help, now his reputation passed onto Michael and made his life imposible (like if losing his two siblings and then being independent too early wasnt enough). Adding to that the increasing bills, the lack of income and his bad luck, he´s pretty stressed and pissed off with the world.

He´s Charlotte Emilly´s best friend, and that friendship is the only thing keeping him from escaping the country or doing something more stupid... Well, that´s until the day she stopped appearing, right when he was decided to disapear, trying to reach Yokohama´s Bay Bridge, when a yellow second gen IS-300 challenged him on Shutoko, and beat him down (and making him miss his destination, returning to Yokohama through K1). Unable to meet the driver that night, he went back to race in Shutoko night after night, getting more and more into street racing, and latelly preparing his own racecar (so he could get rid of William´s Challenger). Fact is, he knows Simon (Springtrap) from the past, through a bunch of coincidences, Springtrap fixed William´s car engine several times, and looked after Mike when his father forgot him on the garage.

Michael is kinda grumpy and serious, always stressed like if he was in a rush. He rarelly opens up, mostly with Charlotte or Henry. People always think he´s mad at them, but that´s just how Mike is, it would take just a normal conversation to understand him, but his looks dont help him get that. He prefers american culture rather than japanese, an that´s what made him get the Caprice when looking for a racecar, inspired by late 70´s-early 80´s nascar cars. When racing, he´s on alert of his suroundings, not wanting to get contact with other cars (unlike William, who used to take down racers on Shutoko back then). Mike´s only peace moment is when he´s at home, when he can enjoy soap operas while lying on his sofa and eating icecream or... Is that butter?

1st car: William´s 1970 Dodge Challenger R/T 383cui

Exterior: black Basset Nascar DOT rims, custom black front lip and rear wing, custom painted fiberglass vented hood, custom rear-side mufflers.

Interior: conversion to 2+3 seats, classic black leather racing seats, custom center console and manual gear shifter, Sparco L777 steering wheel, Stack Pro rev metter and custom digital speedometer, 6 point red racing seatbelt, custom unpainted rollcage.

Engine: SPT custom LG4 engine (500HP), manual gearbox conversion (5MT RWD), SPT engine, transmision and brake work, Night On´s ECU work, UST´s suspension work, Fred Scott´s chasis work.
