Juvia wasn't the most... Religious woman in the universe. Okay, so she did believe in spirits and whatnot, she's seen those things summoned out of fucking nowhere. But when it came to a deity or two - She did believe in a higher power, but not in an organized fashion. She did her own thing, basically.

But she wasn't opposed to helping out those within some sort of organized practice for the greater good. It was just part of being a good person to her. And plus, she won't complain about having some more weight to her wallet.
