INTRO POST
Hi.
I’m James Wilson. I’m the head of Oncology at Princeton-Plainsboro.
I don’t really know what I’m supposed to say here, and I’m already regretting starting this, so that feels about right. Most of my job involves having difficult conversations, delivering bad news as gently as possible, and pretending I’m fine with any of it.
I work a lot. I avoid going home more than I should. I make excuses for people who don’t deserve it and then act surprised when that goes badly. If this account turns into me talking about cancer, ethics, or why I keep letting certain people ruin my life, that’s… not intentional, but it is accurate.
Anyway. I’m here. That’s probably enough.
