(/ pads closer and paws at the older woman’s knee, barking softly and nods to her question, leaning forward to rest her chin on the woman’s knee, staring up at her blankly; honestly wondering why she’s up if she’s this tired)
(/ tilts her head lightly as she pads closer, not really registering just how human she seems to be, her focus muddled by fatigue and plain sadness ; though the last is more of a full echo in the corner of her mind ) you want to come with me. . .? (/ murmurs, the question unmistakable in her voice, no matter how tired she sounds ) i'm just going to sleep is all. i don't think i'm thirsty anymore. (/ doesn't really know why she's talking to the little dog; she seems to understand what jihyo is saying anyways, so what harm does it do? ) i'll leave my door open so you can leave whenever you want. (/ finds herself content with the idea of having a small, furry companion for a few hours, gently reaching under the dog's ribcage to pick her up and cradle her against her chest, making the short trip back to her room ) i hope you don't mind me stealing you for a little bit.
