Great got a email from my old psychologist today as my workers comp lawyers have contacted her about accessing her notes. It’s really triggered me.

An ambulance turned up to the ward it’s really triggered me to my overdose last week I think I should go home

One of my good friends hasn’t been on messenger for 24 hours now we talk all day everyday. Last time she went 12 hours I called the police. Now idk what to do I don’t have capacity to do that right now. Just praying she’s alive tbh I’m like just reply don’t need to talk

Terrible afternoon voices got so loud told them to call Dr to go home so they did call him but asked for more antipsychotic. Was pacing hitting my head talking to myself. I’m so close to being scheduled.
