About Me!!

My big age is 21 years old, and I regress to about 1-3 years old, my pronouns are She/He/Pups/Its!! I regress involuntarily due to trauma, but will voluntarily lean into it to avoid getting more upset or into a seriously bad headspace. I struggle to speak (including typed) when I am regressed, so apologies if it takes me a while to respond or tag posts!! Interactions come from my main blog, @ten-the-creature, which is generally sfw, just please mind the disclaimer in the pinned post please!!

I really like Octonauts, Bluey, Sesame Street, Muppets, MHA, MLP, and Star Wars Rebels and more!! For video games I really enjoy Animal Crossing and Minecraft when regressed!! I really enjoy any creative hobby really, and spend most of my time making stuff!! Furbies are a super huge interest of mine as well, and I have gathered a good few over the years :3

Idk who needs to hear this but crying is a natural response actually. You dont have to stop yourself from crying in reaction to big emotions. Crying IS the reaction.

If you stop yourself from processing before you've fully responded, of course you're not going to move past. Of course its going to build and build. Crying is supposed to be the release. You know there's a biological reason that humans cry right? Biological things that cant fully happen if you keep yourself from processing big emotional triggers??

This is why people say to let kids cry for a while. So they can process that theyre sad and why. It isnt a bad thing. It's not saying to ignore it, it's saying to make room for it.

You’re a good kid. You don’t have to have it all figured out or keep it together all the time. It’s okay to have big feelings, it’s okay to mess up, it’s okay to have thoughts that scare you when regressed. There’s nothing wrong with you, you’re not bad. It’s okay if your regression doesn’t look like their regression. You’re doing your best.
