I was wondering if the theme was even good and I feel happy that somebody likes it

btw when you request layouts from me I would prefer you DIDNT pick the style you want because whenever I edit things, I do it based off their character and media that they come from.

Like if you were to request a lauma (genshin) tumblr layout or graphics, I’m gonna make it centred around the ethereal, moonlight, deer aesthetic of hiisi island and also her character. You won’t be seeing me doing some web decor kind of aesthetic or cartoony style.

It depletes my motivation to edit something when people pick a style that doesn’t match the character in MY mind.

And if anybody has a problem with it then idk just don’t request from me. Like I know I’d be able to edit it with the style you want but if it doesn’t match what I see in my head then I’m just gonna trash it and not do it.

#this is a preference that should be respected #like artists aren’t your little workers so if I don’t wanna do it then… I’m not doing it #and if somebody says this is rude or something then maybe you just don’t understand my perspective #this is a hobby for me but it’s also a building block for me in my career #i plan on doing graphic design so I need that motivation to get better and if doing something is gonna deplete that #then I’m not doing it

Friendly reminder that using sites like remove.bg and pixelcut.ai is using AI… 😭😭 if this doesn’t bother you then fine but if you don’t like ai then stop using these sites for your PNGs and renders and just do it with your hands, it’s pretty easy too lol (and accessible because you can do it on computer/pc, laptop, phone, and tablet)

Like I saw a post from somebody showing their commonly used dividers and there was QUITE a few from somebody who was problematic and deactivated. You don’t need to respect their actions but you need to respect the fact it’s not yours and that they’re NOT free to use without credit…

Like what’s the point in art if the second they’re out of public view you decide to claim it as yours or just not give credit where THE CREDIT IS DUE.
