The day of Cupid's Bow

Happy Valentine's Day. In honor of my favorite holiday, I feel it was only customary to recommend my favorite movie for the day. If you hadn't guessed it yet by the title of this post, I'm doubting your comprehension skills, but today I'll be writing about Valentine's Day. 

This movie stars an all-star ensemble cast featuring the likes of

The movie explores the lives of the people of Los Angeles on the Day of Love, highlighting the multitude of relationships from family to friends to boyfriend and girlfriend, that combine and make the holiday as special as it is through a sense of love, longing, and connection that moves throughout the city.

This movie, to me, is what Love Actually is Christmas. The characters are perfectly interconnected in their respective stories, which seems to blend the stories into a beautiful web of love and heartbreak for the characters. Valentine's Day represents how the day is more than romantic feelings; it is about being there for the people you love. So if you are looking for a movie to warm your heart and make you feel the power of love, this is exactly the movie for you. I will proudly be rating this movie 4.5/5 stars.
