"The search is what everyone would undertake if he were not stuck in the everydayness of his own life. To be aware of the possibility of the search is to be onto something. Not to be onto something is to be in despair."

fanart for ‘A Short Hike’. joyful little game ♥
Promotional art and wallpaper for the 2001 PlayStation 2 title developed by PixelArts, published by Sony Computer Entertainment Japan and Atlus USA:
SKYGUNNER / スカイガンナー
Art by PixelArts (Character Designer is credited as Kei Watanabe)
Atlus USA original website is still around, which is where this art come from. It’s a gem of a flight shooter rarely talking about, that didn’t get a European release either. The game is sometimes spelt as Sky Gunner on various internet sites, but this is an incorrect spelling of the name.
