Chairman of the organization, Dr. Suresh Borole himself was a doctor, he had created this intimate event, cleanliness of all the roads in the village. It was not easy, however, 4060 villages of eighteen Pagad tribe, open drains, cattle slabs built in front of houses in the village etc. S. P. Borole is the key player of the game. With the help of the villagers, they clean all the village , made a separate arrangement for tricks and strategies. Over the years, the drainage was removed. Due to the release of the drain, the disease of Malaria pandemic was expelled from the street drainage gutter. Due to the establishment of Adgaon, the continuous dirty ditch through the villages is now completely clean.

There is a constant threat to the health of the village due to the loss of the open defecation on both sides of the road. Often the villagers were told to build Toilets. However, the people of the village do not have the money at the time of the problem. There are 500 public toilets in Padgad today in Padgash.
