If you really want to impress someone then this is the groove to learn. Found it here and I must say this is one of the sickest grooves I ever heard.

nice tip for getting the most out of your practice sessions

Been practicing this polyrhythmic exercise. I noticed how far back the beater of his bass drum pedal goes, which makes sense for louder and more powerful double kicks. Double win with this video for me.

paradiddles between bass and snare

Quarter notes on hi-hat, eighth notes on ride cymbal, singes, doubles, inverted doubles, paradiddles, etc between bass drum and snare.
