My dream self
Hear me out, this challenge is for anyone who wants to change to their dream selves. This is the chance to take the next step.
Just remember that you’re not going to change to the best version of yourself on the first day, you have to take small steps. Just have fun and don’t go hard on yourself :)
Step 1: make a list of everything you want to improve in
It can be anything, but remember that if you make a really long list it would be hard for you to do all of those stuff. I would recommend choosing a couple of things from your list and after you got used to doing those stuff, you can add other things too. And remember that it can be anything that you want to do or learn.
Examples:
Workout
Yoga
Language learning
Instrument playing
Starting a project
Waking up early
Step 2: make a routine
After choosing some habits from your list, you need to put them in a routine and pls make a realistic routine. Imagine that you are your dream self and write a routine.
Step 3: set goals
Do you want to workout, why? “Oh cause everyone workouts” well that’s not the best way to make yourself do stuff. Maybe you want to lose weight or you want to learn how to play a certain song on the guitar. Be specific and clear with your goals.
Step 4: start
Maybe your dream self starts the day at 5 a.m., but you wake up at 2 p.m., it's fine; you can start waking up 10 minutes earlier each day or maybe your dream self drinks 2 litres of water everyday, start with 2 glass of water and add a bit everyday. Doing everything at the same time will be stressful and frustrating and you end up giving up, so taking small steps is the best way.
Pls use these hashtags so that I can see your posts :)
