Drunken Chef

I have had a rather eclectic life. I have been a Grand Canyon river guide, a computer engineer, a business owner, a step-father and grandfather, and usually, an all-around pain in the ass. I do, however, have an amazing passion for food, drink and entertaining my friends, family, clients and anyone who happens to be walking by. Throughout my life, the one thing that continues to bring me happiness is cooking. The other thing - well, adult beverages, of course. (see history of river guide) So, with great pleasure and excitement, along with my favorite family members as business partners - may I present to you my world - as your Drunken Chef. SHOT!

Ever woke up with a random idea for a delicious dish... And a hankering for a morning Shot? Me? All the time. This morning.... Starts with a jalapeño, Serrano and lime infused chicken breasts set to marinate for later. I'm thinking something along the lines of schnitzel... But we'll see. Cheers!

Good evening! Snapped the first couple pic heading home from my other job... ;) outside that corner... You might have heard of it... Near Winslow Arizona... (All you youngsters, go listen to some Eagles) There are much worse views, jobs and vehicles to be roaming around beautiful Arizona this time of year. Ha!
