Pretty Girls ( Calliope / Roxy )
Callie did a double take when the answer was given, surprise clear as day on her face. “Goodness! It’s wonderful that you’ve allowed so many of them to be adopted, and probably for the better too- 112 cats in one house, even just in the basement, would prove quite difficult to take care of, I’m sure. Perhaps I can go down into the basement some time while I’m staying here?”
Fortunately Calliope was almost finished cooking the pasta itself, so the preparations were over halfway done. Hopefully it wouldn’t be too hard for Roxy to hold out for a little longer.
“Oh totally! We can have a cat party!” Roxy said, lifting up the cat, holding him under his arms and stomach. “I have cat parties all the time. And make cats for other people to have cat parties. Surprisingly, three eyed cats are pretty popular!” she explained, a bit rambly.
She sighed a bit, waiting a tad bit impatiently for the food. Not that it really showed, she just hadn’t eaten much in the last weeks.
