Nice video on the cross choke from mount. I like the detail for sliding in that first hand, trapping your opponents arm with your leg, and avoiding the umpa.

Over-Under Pass No gi about Bernardo Faria
Caio Terra butterfly guard passing series
A good set of guard passing drills.
Forever Brown Belt
I talked to another brown belt today. A part timer like me. He confirmed my fears. The level at my new gym is so high that I may be a brown belt forever. Hearing it out loud from someone in a similar situation made me feel better. I may be brown belt forever, but I will be a better brown belt here than I would be a black belt anywhere else…
Eventually at least. Because today I was trash.

I recently took a seminar with grand master Reyson Gracie. Traveling with Reyson was Oscar Daniotti who showed a handful of moves. Here’s a nice submission demonstrated by Oscar
Sit out drills.
Interesting
Surprising. Even though armbar from guard is one of the first submissions you’ll likely learn, its also one of the hardest to pull off.
Hrmmm. I’d also be interested to hear this from the other end... What do you get caught with the most.
A nice looking move that I’ve got to try. http://www.sherdog.com/mma-techniques/Technique-of-the-Week-The-Neil-Knot-91937
Three nice videos on favorite passes by Bernardo Faria.
Nice detail and variation of the knee slice pass.
Draculino BJJ - 54 perfect Techniques in 12 minutes
Really nice reference here
Nice variation to the standard guillotine. We drilled this is class the other day and it does seem to make the squeeze tighter. I've never had much success with the arm in guillotine so I'll be playing with this to see if I can get it to work for me. Over the years, I've been able to train with Denny several times. He's super technical and is very clear and methodical with his instruction.
10 BJJ Closed & Open Guard Sweeps (x)
The classics never go out of style
I don't get to go against guys who use the rubber guard too often, but good to know some defense.
Leandro Lo on passing 50/50
Even if you still think that 50/50 is ruining BJJ, you’ll still need to know how to pass it.
Some basic passes from one of the masters
