Did a sketchbook page! Drawing this gave me an idea for a short little one-shot I’m just trying to build up some motivation to write it 😮💨. I'm currently exhausted after my finals and the end of the school year but I’ll find some time soon!
I still felt that I had to clarify this, that they did not become closer until the revival, although they gave each other support in the original timeline , they became closer in the other one.

Ok, it was my first time doing these things... I like to draw Keita with no sparkle in his eyes, but I still made a little glow because he looked so empty...

Samansa Karugane (サマンサ・カルガネ, Karugane Samansa) is Satoru Fujinuma’s primary school classmate, who was a troublemaker at Mikoto Elementary. She was a victim of Gaku Yashiro’s 2006 murders before ‘Revival’. During her Elementary School days, she was nicknamed as Mikoto Elementary's "School Devil."

Plot
Samansa was born to a detective father and a bartender mother in 1977 Hokkaido. Her father was stationed in Japan to investigate a series of murders, and met her mother shortly after. Samansa's parents were often busy with work and other past times, so Samansa began to look after herself from a young age. Her parents were never strict about her behaviour, allowing her to do whatever she wanted. She attended Mikoto Elementary, and was in Satoru Fujinuma's class.
2006
In 2006, Samansa was working for the Homicide Department for the Police. She and Mirroa Kamui reunited after years of not seeing eachother, and began to investigate the 1988 Kidnappings. Mirroa appeared on a Radio Show to attempt and lure the killer out, causing him to have his headphones stolen, and Samansa found contact details in old files. They met up at a park to discuss everything, and Samansa offered to call up their old homeroom teacher, Gaku Yashiro, to ask him about the case. Following their meet up, Samansa was forced to kill herself on the top of a roof by shooting herself after Yashiro told her about Mirroa's death. She was framed for a murder-suicide.
Revival
(WIP) In 1988, when Satoru was sent 18 years into the past, Samansa was one of the first people he noticed, having just read about the murder-suicide in 2006. In the first leap, Samansa was of absolutely no help in aiding Satoru, since he didn't befriend her. During the second leap, Satoru managed to get closer to her, and she ended up aiding him in saving Kayo, Aya, and Hiromi.
