+100 laff toons when a Flunky interrupts them while walking down the street
when i find someone who loves and supports me, a soundless, and easily adjusts to the strategy
Wasting time drawing stupids instead of studying for my exams that are in a couple of weeks🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
everything is just funny on ttr
idk why but when someone says on tumblr ‘ do to him what a mcdonalds sprite does to u honey ‘ isnt NEARLY as funny coming out of a anthropomorphic rat fighting against capitalism
getting obsessed with toontown and crazily grinding for 5+ hours a day on our other toons until we just don’t touch the game for months

i will literally never get over the absolute irony in the game that was toontown online.
the entire game was a metaphor for how capitalism drains the color, creativity, and fun out of life and replaces it with corporations and rigid schedules. literally every single enemy and boss fight is based off of corporate slang. small time businesses are taken over by huge office buildings where you battle the workers, the main bosses are VPs, CFOs, CEOs... if you fight for too long you literally go *sad* because it’s an emotionally draining fight. and you never truly defeat the bosses, because they keep coming back. it’s a perpetual cycle.
but how the servers were RUN? it was a monthly subscription service ($10/month, $5 for your first month). the game was designed to be incredibly grindy to the point where it’s literally impossible to completely max the game in a single month (even dedicated gardeners take at minimum three months to max). at it’s CORE it was designed to make money. for fucks sake it was created by DISNEY i’m not over this
