thoughts on the movie stills nintendo posted? i really like how the actors and costumes look but i’m already seeing so many negative and ill-informed takes and i trust you to have a good take lol

okay a lot of people are Not going to like what i have to say i fear but my thoughts basically boil down to what ive been saying this entire time, which is that making a live action legend of zelda movie robs the franchise of any visual identity whatsoever. That isn't hyrule it's the english countryside. that's not zelda that's a girl in a blue linen dress with silicone elf ears. I sincerely wish they'd gone more cosplaylike with the costumes at the very least because at least then they'd look like SOMETHING as opposed to Generic High Fantasy Clothing. if you told me those were stills from a lord of the rings movie i'd believe you
