no use in thinking about those things but it does make me sad how much less independent I feel compared to when I was working

It saddens and scares the shit out of me when I think about how if I ended up breaking up I'd basically be homeless and disabled all by myself w nothing

I'm so sad and tired yet somehow I keep doing like chores and stuff inbetween the periods of being sad so I just straight up forget the productive stuff I've been doing

Like idk i think clamoring over having a diagnosis or not is fucking annoying like I don't get why people always always think you can just get a therapist

I didn't take the interview or anything . I was seeing a specialist listed from the isstd so I have a leg up there but she was just listening to me over several sessions describe my experiences and then she was like Oh yeah you have it. and that was it now it's on my papers.

Every time I think about how people are like im Diagnosed with DID so I'm more valid I just think about how much of a joke my diagnosis process was

I've never watched a pet be put down before, but the Dr was really really kind and respectful and idk... it was nice to see it even though it's a sad day . he was in a lot of pain
