Hi! Are you cis in the UK and you'd like to support trans rights? Great!

How: buy a trans flag pin and wear it in public.

Why: chaff is an overwhelming amount of false positives so that when a missile gets close to the plane, it hits the chaff and not the plane.

In practice: the goal is to make it DIFFICULT to identify trans people to target with bathroom bans, and to create many FALSE POSITIVES for businesses.

Basically, you might get accused of being trans and kicked out, because of the badge. You say: I wear the badge because trans rights matter.

You follow up with a letter to the business saying you're fucking furious because some nosy dipshit just tried to play fucking genital police with you in the loos. You know lots of trans people (don't name any, if you do) and you wear the pin in support and you're disgusted at them for allowing this.

Blame the business for allowing the behaviour.

Businesses see that their cis customers are getting bothered over a badge and may clarify trans-inclusive policies, so they can kick out the bathroom botherers instead of nice cis allies.

You only need to buy and wear the badge, and you are protecting trans people. You can be genuinely heroic. Even one cis person doing this helps, and everyone you get to join in helps even more.

I think one of the reasons I find puppy play hot as a dom is that, frankly, I find it exceedingly hard to feel attached to someone or fall in love. There's always this hovering dread of abandonment or disappointment. There's a sensation that I can't look forward to something because it will inevitably be ruined. That bone deep feeling that you're not worth the effort.

But you're not human, are you. You're a dog. It's easy to love a dog. It's easy to take that love, that adoration, at face value. I don't have to push you away out of an intinctual need to protect myself, you're a dog. I don't have to worry that you'll leave, you're a dog. What would you do without me? I don't have to think about if you mean what you say. You're a dog. Not a person, not really. I can take you at face value. I'm allowed to love you. Dogs are easy to love.

in order to unlearn racism u have to be willing to accept that u are racist. it’s not a bad thing to want to change for the better. it’s not a bad thing to say hey, the way i’ve been acting is racist and i don’t want to be racist anymore. when people of color are telling u ways in which u have been racist, it’s actually not cool to brush it off and say, well i didn’t mean it that way.. u actually have to make an effort to stop doing those things if u want to be able to actually say ur anti-racist. u can’t just say ur not racist because u don’t wanna be seen as racist. that’s not how unlearning racism works.

Even if I wasn't a communist I Don't like being manipulated by advertising. I don't want advertising trying to tell me what my insecurities are and how to fix them. I know that is one way modern advertising generates demand, and I believe that is unethical. I also just don't like how it makes me feel.
