((I'm still kinda swamped with projects and classes and I might not have too much time for rping, hopefully I can get back on here in about a week or so.
I have all the replies I gotta do drafted and hopefully this hiatus won't be for too long ;u; ))

The red reploid was walking around the forest when he noticed an odd pair of living organism in sight. A dog and a duck. Odd to Zero, as he had not seen living animals since many years. Most of the time he saw was Wolfloids.
Curious, he walked over and stopped at a distance from the two. “Ah…hello?” he said as he try getting closer to the two animals.
The two had been enjoying themselves in the forest, giving each other a chance to stretch their legs and wings is always good. Dog was merely running around and occasionally rolling on the soft grass while Duck flew about.
The two stopped in their tracks at the sound of an unfamiliar voice. Duck landed gently on his canine companion's back and the two looked over the stranger. Dog is naturally friendly to strangers so he had no problem trotting over to them and giving a friendly bark! Duck...not so much, so he had kept his guard up.

Whoa. Those two are definitely well trained. Wonder by who…?
He went down the list of all the fighters he’s met so far and found that none of them mentioned…nor would be most likely to own a pet or two. Except maybe Jo, but…nah. So…unless these guys came in with some other fighter he hasn’t met yet as support or…
No way.
Bass keeled down and patted Dog’s head, then went over and petted Duck’s back gently. “Hey, that was a pretty good catch! Your owner must be pretty proud of you two.”
"By the way…you guys wouldn’t happen to be support for another fighter in tournament, would you…?" These guys seemed pretty intelligent, so he figured they would get the question…
Dog accepted the pats wholeheartedly! The silly canine was a sucker for physical affection like this, it's the opposite for Duck however. But since his friend seemed to be enjoying himself, and the other didn't seem like he was going to do any harm, he also accepted the touches. Reluctantly but he accepted them nonetheless!!
The two glanced at each other at the question, as far as they knew they were accepted competitors in the tournament. With their own special moves and all(with a little help from Master Hand of course, there's only so much a dog and a duck can do!).
Dog shook his head and stood proudly on his hind legs, placing one paw on his chest. Both of them had a very proud look on their faces, trying to indicate that they are full-fledged competitors, but all they could do was bark and quack.
Dog really needs to learn not to nap on other people's laps...

More than one dog
Bass again laughed slightly at the eagerness the two organic animals were giving off. It kinda reminded him of when he and Treble were…much more RECENTLY built. Those days were long since gone.
Or…so he thought.
He turned his arm inwards, then rapidly snapped it forwards, flicking the wrist JUSSST right with the obvious expertise of a seasoned disk thrower. Of course Bass would have played fetch with Treble before, using old trash can lids instead. It was more or less the perfect throw, and it sailed gracefully over the fountain and beyond.
"Fetch, guys!"
Treble, although wanting to join in the fun, resisted the urge to do so. He wouldn’t do anything without his master’s consent. Instead he just yawned and layed down beside the black bomber, waiting for a command as always.
Without even a second thought, Dog had already made a mad dash for the disk while Duck was more suited to flying towards it. The two were used to playing fetch like this back home with their owner, so there was no trouble in catching the disk together.
While Duck was already closing in on the disk, Dog had prepared himself before leaping towards it, jaw agape, ready to clamp down on the disk aaaaand...
Catch!!!
The two land with perfect synchronization and soon enough Duck releases the disk from his beak. Dog had kept the disk between his jaws and took it back to the Robot, tail wagging as if it had a mind of it's own.

"…Oh, you want the disk? You were playing with it, weren’t you? Wonder with who…"
His question was answered in the form of a very loud QUACK!
Bass looked up to find a…a duck that looked very, very irritated at him. A duck. Getting all up in his face over…this dog?
"I’m…gonna guess that this is a friend of yours…right?" He asked the dog as he put him down gently. Then he turned towards his own pet. "Give me the disk, Treble." The robo-wolf nodded and dropped the disk into his open palm. "Good boy!" Bass praised, patting his head a few times before turning back to the duo.
"Gotta say…I’ve never seen a duck and a dog be buddies before. Heh heh. Anyway, do you want me to throw this for you?" He asked the pair with a smile. Yup. Animals were the SWN’s true weakness. No doubt about it.
Duck landed beside the dog as he was placed back down on the ground, before quickly hopping onto his favorite spot, being Dog's back. Dog nodded and gave a cheerful bark and Duck simply quacked once more, Duck always was a bit protective of his friend...
The two felt more than just friends, almost brothers even. They have been together since the bird was a duckling, been through thick and thin. Anything that's been thrown at them, they would deal with it together.
Upon hearing the offer, the duo both had a sparkle in their eyes, the contest they had will have to wait. There was something about having someone else throwing the disk that made fetch a lot more enjoyable then the two playing alone. Dog was especially excited, the speed of his tail wagging making it very obvious.
