I don’t know whether I like the idea of Nightwing with a cape or not. Because like, it pays homage to Superman as his inspiration and to the Robin mantel, but him losing the cape could also represent his stepping away from Batman and Robin. And while I’m not sure whether or not he should have one, if he did it would absolutely be a half cape that looks very disco

God, I’m so excited for James Gunn to get a chance to write green arrow! I think that he’ll fit really well in the DCUs opposition to nazis and corporate overlords that’s been a major theme. Plus I think that Ollie’s relationship with Dinah will end up being depicted really well with Gunns general affinity for intimidating women that are paired with nice men. But on the other hand, I’m worried about his decisions with Roy. I really don’t think we need more edgy, angry versions of him. I don’t want him to just have his situation boiled down to the teen dad with a drug problem

Y’know it is so incredibly based of the kids show Batwheels to finally give Duke his well deserved time as Robin. Like I love the signal (him being the light of Gotham and what all the Gotham city kids can look to for hope is such a good development for his character) but he was obviously being set up to be Robin from the beginning. It’s cool seeing him in that role even in a noncannon show for toddlers

(Also Cass as batgirl is obviously fun too, it’s nice that they didn’t just go with Dick or Tim plus Barbara)
