Layan has been struggling to get properly treated for her anemia. Due to medicine and other shortages in Gaza, Layan’s condition is expensive to treat.

According to Al Jazeera, Israel has once again closed the crossings into Gaza as Israel and the US attack Iran. This means resources within the strip will be even more expensive and difficult to obtain.
