this has truly been the longest month of my life and its literally not even been a month yet. i dont even know what to feel. has it been too long that me still being hurt and scared is an overreaction. has it not been long enough. how long am i going to feel this way. it truly feels like its never going to go away like i just threw away my wellbeing for what. to help a  few people im not even sure i really helped? if i did help its worth it i think but i cant help but regret it a little, i know thats selfish im sorry
