This is Luke, he was a very very dear friend of mine. 4 days before thanksgiving 2014 he lost his battle with childhood cancer. He only had a little over 200 days till he wouldn’t need chemo again but he got a blood infection that couldn’t be fought off on top of the Cancer. He was just 17 and such a bright person. Funny as hell and would have made one hell of a good father one day with the way he could handle children. Today is childhood cancer awareness day and I just wanted to take a moment to try and help make known something that is very serious and very real. So many young children are going through this and it’s so incredible how brave they are. There needs to be a cure though. Help any possible way you can. Donate to your local children’s hospital to help them fun research for cures. No parent should have to watch their child suffer from a illness like this. And no sibling should have to watch their big/little brother/sister go through it. Luke was one of the strongest people I have ever met in my life. He was his mother’s rock and his brother’s life. He lit up any room he was in and he could talk your ear off about politics and science. Luke, you were and still are my hero. We all miss you so fucking much and I can’t believe it’s almost been three months since you’ve left us. We’re fighting for this cure for you and we promise to always keep your dream going.

OMG TO BE HONEST I WENT TROUGH THIS SAME SITUAITON. And I was like so happy and he kissed me and her never really like acutally asked me to be his girlfriend. And I was feeaking out because I wanted to ask him so bad but I was so shy and felt exactly the same way you do! But then one night he asked me and like I was about to ask him but he beat me to the punch and now we have been dating for 5 years and am still with him and still fucking inlove! <3 I def think you should beat him to the punch though! We don't only deal with events that randomly occur in our lives. We also battle with ourselves. When I say this, I mean the way we tend to pick on ourselves. Ultimately we all have things we don't like about our appearances. I've noticed that, that gets brought up a lot on roleplay. So I've decided to share some things about myself that will hopefully make some of you guys understand that you are not alone. Everybody has flaws, and I will share some of mine. Don't get me wrong, I've been contemplating on whether or not I should do this. The main reason is because being afraid of what people will think of me. I've realized that the only opinion that should matter is mine. No one else's. I determine my own happiness. So on the next post I will share some stories to break the ice.
