I have a dumb Tron AU idea: An AU where the viral singer, Odetari makes his way onto The Grid and performs “GOOD LOYAL PROGRAMS” (a Tron version of his song “GOOD LOYAL THOTS”) 👍

System Monitors can be picked up by the scruff, like a cat. Yes this applies to all of them. Even Programs that aren’t originally monitors.

Addendum to this : reactions to being scruffed are varied, also like cats.

Some will hang there bewildered, some will be the happy kind of floppy......

.....and a rare few will growl in protest the ENTIRE TIME despite doing nothing to escape.

Everyone thinks Beck would be happy-floppy or bewildered, and Tron the one that protests the whole time. Everyone is wrong. Beck dislikes being scruffed, Tron gets lost in the happy brain soup.
