wow i didn’t think it could get worse 😃

i am running on 2.5 hours of sleep, the remaining caffine in my blood from two monsters, some wheatabix and the fight or flight adrenaline from my constant state of anxiety!

i just need to not exist for a little bit

i just got really sad thinking about how much of our lives we spend alone. not even in a lacking romance of friends way, more like how we sleep for (ideally) 8 hours a day and that’s alone. and then a lot of people work alone or at school and your doing your own thing with your own thoughts often in silence or your driving/bussing somewhere and then your watching tv even if someone’s there it’s just you and your thoughts in silent or your eating and that’s just you like. we just spend so much time alone.
