i have to say, you're like one of the hottest guys in the whole school
“Tell me something I don’t know. But in all honesty, it seems like being hot is a requirement for the school.”

The one thing people don’t take long to find out about Nando is that he really is a guy you can trust, and that’s mostly cause he sees a lot and hears a lot, but for Nando, if it doesn’t have anything to do with him, it’s not his business to get involved, sometimes he gives out warnings, but Nando is mostly a quiet guy, not a shy one, just quiet, more into observe and listen than just talking, but still pretty friendly and nice to have around. When the man asked for help for getting lost, Nando waited to hear what exactly he needed before pointing directions. “Well, the cafeteria isn’t far, and right now I’m sure is quite empty, so food won’t take long to come, I’m sure it’s a good place for you to start.” He nodded with a friendly smile on his lips. “I’m heading there right now, not everyone knows it but this is the hour of the day they make breads for tomorrow so the smell is pretty nice.” That guy was quite taller than him, and by the way he seemed to have the backpack in his back, maybe trying to get it out of Nando’s view, it was clear he was hiding something, but again, Nando wouldn’t ask if he didn’t seemed like wanting to talk about. He pointed with his head the direction while hands still buried in his pockets trying to look for some heat in that cold environment. “Where you from?”
Duncan wasn’t very keen on staying and having a little chat with the stranger. Not that he didn’t think he could talk his way out of a dangerous or awkward situation if it came to that but he honestly thought he could find something better to do. He sighed though, finding it hard to just leave the guy there after he had been so friendly towards him. Besides, the way he described the bread to almsot have his stomach rumbling...and it’d be nice to continue to get a feel of the rest of the campus as well as some of the people it housed. “Yeah...that’d be great.” he offered with a smile, following to where the other was leading him. “You mean before coming here or where I was born and raised?” Because those two answers were very, very different. “Was up in Montana for a bit, thought I’d try life out in the mountains. It was pretty but it wasn’t really my kind of thing. Before, that was on the west coast, preferred it there.” Truthfully he had been all over the United States and a few European and South American countries but he decided to keep that information to himself. “What about you?”

featuring . . . duncan !
curiosity lingered in darian’s eyes as he listened to the man ask his questions . “ i know what all these plants are , yeah , ” his answer is soft as his hues flicker back to the sketches in his journal . it wasn’t often people asked for a look at his journal ; most the time he’d tell people to buzz off & that it was private . but a new life called for a change in personality & darian thought now was a good time for change . “ s - sure —– just don’t laugh please . i’m kind of a nature buff , ” with that said , darian held out the warn down journal , flipping to a previous page that he did back home . “ i’m , uh , darian rosales by the way . ”
Duncan only nodded in agreement, wondering what type of guy would intentionally laught in someone elses face about there drawing abilities. Duncan could be considered full of himself or cocky but never that big of a dick. Besides, the drawings were impressive and he was surprised that this guy, Darian apparently would ever be so timid about them. “Duncan,” he answered, not even looking up from the book. He thumbed through the pages as he let out a whistle. “Who on earth would laugh at these? These are seriously really good. Being a nature guy, I’m sure you’ll be out here often then.” He handed the book back, turning to look at the various plants surrounding them. He made a mental note that Darian was into this kind of thing...from his past, he knew it was good to keep tabs on people. Still, he found the garden calming and he was a little unsure why he had been pulled in this direction in the first place. “Y’know, I’ve never really been into this kind of thing but these plants are really amazing. Maybe you could teach me a thing or two.”

Funnily enough, that was some reasoning that Zachariah could believe. It wasn’t too different from his own reasons for coming to the tower, despite feeling incredibly out of place here. He only tilted his head at Duncan’s laugh, wondering what he said that was so funny. So not everyone fit the tower’s aesthetic. In a sense, it was reassuring for him to not necessarily be alone. But if he was in the company of a thief, that didn’t exactly bode well. Zachariah shook his head though, opting to not dwell on that fact. Duncan, for the most part, didn’t seem bad. The soldier had seen much worse, anyways. “I don’t remember asking for your tragic backstory,” he said with a small smile, before nodding slowly at the offer. “Dinner and some drinks. I don’t… think you’re bad. I’m just cautious. But maybe getting to know each other would be good,” he said politely. “I’m Zachariah. Or Zac. Whichever you prefer,” he finished. Jutting his head towards Duncan, he waved his hand at the bag. “You said you needed help?”
“Nice to meet you, Zachariah,” he said, sticking with his full name. “But I suppose that’s fair. I just figured it’s something that’s going to have to come out eventually if we want to not be strangers anymore.” Obviously, in Duncan’s eyes, they weren’t exactly going to be come besties. He wasn’t lying before and fully believed to be gone in a week or two, whether that be from his own choosing or someone elses. He figured if he kept things to cool with everyone he met for now, it’d make his time here easier. “Dinner and drinks.” he confirmed with a nod. Lots and lots of drinks. “Lord knows I could use it.” After all he had seen these last few days, he definitely needed something to take off the edge. And maybe Zachariah was just the guy to help him with that. “Oh, I think I’m good here,” he said with a shrug of his shoulder in indicatation of the bag and it’s contents. No reason to get another involved with this whole thing. “But I was just asking on where I could find the cafeteria so I could grab something to eat but if you want dinner, I’m sure we could find somewhere better than that place.”
ashvhart·:
“No I do not, got stuck in one when I was just a boy, and I’ve never liked em since. I much prefer stairs and will avoid taking one of those things if I can.” Crossing his arms he listened to Duncan’s explanation and it made sense to him. “Oh, I see then, guess you’re a lot more careful than me cause I would probably break em very easily. That makes sense they might need to put some real fruit in the bowl, imagine if someone tried to eat the glass one, that wouldn’t taste very good.” Believing in the good in people and that theft would probably not be a common thing in a prestigious academy, he thought nothing but the best of the man before him, actually believing that story about the bowl. “That would be mighty fine of you, and I’d have to find someway to repay you, but I honestly don’t have a cent to my name, but maybe I could cook something for you while I’m here? Don’t really know how long it’ll be till they figure out they made a mistake and kick me out, probably meant to sent the letter to some prince or movie star with a similar name to mine.” He mused offering the man a smile. “Name’s Ashe, nice to meet you stranger?”
“That’s funny...” he remarked, before realizing what he had said. “Not that you got stuck but that I pretty much the exact opposite. Stairs are slow and for exercise only.” Personally, he hadn’t ever used the stairs here on campus but he knew where the location of them. Duncan cocked his head and squinted, unsure whether the other was playing dumb. “Yeah, they’d probably have a law suit on there hands. But the glass isn’t hollow or anything, they’re pretty solid throughout. I would imagine they’re pretty hard to break...unless you’re really rough with them.” Duncan teased. The man took a quick peak over the other’s shoulder, looking for bags or belongings. He supposed anybody else would have found this action suscipicous, though in all honesty he would never take directly from another student. He nodded behind him as he turned in indication towards the stairs and began to lead the other. “Duncan,” he answered, thinking about Ashe’s statement about not having any money. He supposed the people here had more similarities to him than he originally though. Money wasn’t always an issue with Duncan and he could always fall back onto it in the long run. But that was a last resort. “I see what you mean, I’m not really sure how they decided who go to come here though. Seem’s like it was all completely random to me.” Duncan paused, remembering which hallway to take. “So you’re a pretty good cook then?”
ashvhart·:
this definitely wasn’t kansas, and as if he had stepped in through a portal and landed in a strange new world, ashe’s eyes could not believe what they were seeing. it was the life of the one percent, maybe even better, and he felt entirely out of place having spent his entire life sharing a trailer home with his mother. why did he get to come here and she had to stay back there in squalor? it wasn’t fair to him, and he wasn’t going to sit idly by and let himself become the selfish son he vowed to never be. he felt almost embarrassed to only have a few set of clothes and his boots on his person along with an assortment of his belongings and essentials, other than that he basically brought nothing. not that he thought he needed much, but he couldn’t help but feel somewhat ashamed and thought they must’ve made a mistake and they were actually meant to sent the letter to some prince or something like that.
coming into a room that he didn’t know if it was just another room that just happened to look pretty or it had an actual purpose, he stood there blinking and taking it all in. it finally dawned on him that he wasn’t alone when clinking and a voice came at him. “uh, you want help from me? i kind of just got off the plane to come here. i’m still trying to figure out the way to my room, and since i don’t like elevators i’ve been trying to find the stairs for a few minutes now.” he mused. “um were you shoving glass fruit into your bag? wouldn’t that break from moving it around too much? plus you can’t eat it, so what would you want with it?” the man asked, oblivious to the idea of stealing.
Duncan was close to just turning around and leaving without a word. He didn’t owe this guy an explanation and odds were it would be a while before he ever saw him again. But the words left him feeling a bit like an asshole if he ignored them. He may a few different terms for criminal but he wasn’t a complete dick. Everything the guy said sent another shock of disbelief through him. “You...don’t like elevators?” Was all he managed to get out, a small grin on his face. Duncan shook his head and snapped back to the moment. He decided to address the immediate matter at hand first. “No, not if I move really carefully. They’re pretty hefty, not hollow or anything,” he explained eagerly, a facade so he wouldn’t come across anymore suspicious. “They actually sent me down here to pick up the bowl on the way to cafeteria and I couldn’t just leave the fake fruit so I brought it along with me,” Duncan lied.
He wasn’t sure if the guy was being serious or whether it was an attempt at a joke. After being caught taking something that wasn’t his, he thought it seemed pretty obvious what was happening. He always considerd himself a prety charming guy, using it to either get something from someone who get away with something. And as a result, he though the could read someone pretty well. He didn’t think his lie was all the believable but at the very least it could pass off as playful banter. “I can take you to the stairs and show you to your dorm room but that’s pretty much it. After that, you’re on your own. I guess we’re all technically the new kids around here.” Which he supposed was a good thing...being the new kid was a direct pathway to being the outcast. Something he was all to familiar with.
nandopallos·:
Hernando was quite the quiet guy, it isn’t something new about him, he had always been like that, he was a friendly and cool guy to be around just like anyone else, just more quiet, the kind o guy that minds his own business. As much of the other people like him, he wasn’t a really big fan of crowds, maybe that’s the reason why he loved the nighttime so much, while most of the people were sleeping, he was awake, doing his stuff around the place or just in his room. That night it was still quite early when he finished some workings around the place and went looking for some food and maybe a nice coffee, and as he left the library, there were a guy standing there, clearly putting something in his backpack while a nice looking decoration item Nando saw earlier was no longer there by the fruits. He wouldn’t complain, in fact he wouldn’t even say anything but the door closed behind him and the noise called the attention. “Hey!” He nodded as he was walking closer. “Um, yeah, yeah, I got a little lost for a while too but, sure, I can try.” Nando shrugged as he now stood next to him with his own backpack. “I’m going to get some coffee now, where you trying to go?”
Duncan was inwardly cursing himself for not hearing the man sooner. He liked to think of himself as a pretty aware person but he supposed being in such an unfamiliar environment threw him off his game. Not that he often made a habit of stealing but he clearly had some work to do. He squared up to the other now, doing his best not to clink the bowl around in his bag. “Pretty easy to get lost around here,” he agreed, happy to steer the conversation away from the bowl. He looked up now at the large, ornate, stained glass windows. It was truly an amazing place. “Sure,” he started, not to keen on walking around with the item in his bag but not letting his confidence slip for even a moment. “I’m not sure exaclty. I haven’t really had the chance to eat anything at all. I don’t know, any recommendations?” Not that the guy across from didn’t seem nice enough, and he was certainly cute enough. But if he ended getting caught, this guy might end up taking some of the fall. He figured after a bit he could find and excuse to bail and head back to his dormitory without fearing of getting ratted out.
army-of-angels·:
Zachariah eyed Duncan for a moment, figuring that even if he didn’t exactly trust the other man for the moment, he was going to have to take his words at face value. At least if he ever did find any of his stuff missing, he’d know where to look first. “You don’t believe in any of it, and yet you’re here right now?” he questioned the other, intrigued at the motivation as to why the thief was sticking around. If he got a bowl or two out of it, then so be it. But it seemed like an elaborate plan to come all the way here just to steal some things and head back.
At the self-declaration of being poor though, his brows cocked up again. So maybe everyone wasn’t some rich kid or some Instagram celebrity. Interesting. “You seemed like the rich kid type, like your dad was a billionaire or a politician,” Zachariah mused, only filing the name away for later knowledge. He wouldn’t have to call him the thief or the stranger all the time now. “I’m always tense around strangers. I don’t know you, so I don’t trust you. Until I know more, I keep my guards up.”
“Just because I’m not so sure everything here is legit doesn’t mean my interest isn’t peaked. Free housing, free food, see some cool sights, meet some...cool people. I’d be a fool not to come.” He was being honest at this point as there was no benfit to lying but he couldn’t expect this stranger to believe him now. That was both a downside and the upside to getting caught doing something you shouldn’t. Regardless, he supposed it didn’t really matter in the long run whether he believed him. An audible laughed escaped from Duncan’s lips with a nod of his head. Billionare? Politician? Close enough? But Duncan wasn’t quite ready to reveal that information. Duncan had his experinces with money and a lively past. But that was behind him and the way he lived now was much more preferable. “Well I’d love to tell you I everything about myself but you haven’t quite unlocked my tragic backstory yet. Like you said, I’m still a stranger. Tell you what you, why don’t you join me for a drink or dinner sometime and then we want be strangers anymore and you can relax. And you’ll see I’m not such a bad guy...”
army-of-angels:
“Didn’t say you couldn’t. Just asked if you were just a thief and not a student. But it’s good to know you’re both,” he mused, before cocking a brow at the other man. “Do I look like someone who’d rat you out? If you were a problem for me, I’d deal with you on my own,” Zachariah said with a shrug. There wasn’t any reason for him to lie about it, and he didn’t exactly trust the staffers here anyways to approach them himself. Blue eyes shifted over to look over the other man for a long moment, almost as if he were sizing him up for a moment. “I don’t know why you’re here. And I don’t know what you’re looking to steal. If it was that important to you to know why you’re here though, I’d figure you’d stick around longer.”
Zachariah didn’t ease up, the tension still in his body as he watched Duncan carefully. Just because the other said he wasn’t going to touch his stuff didn’t mean he was going to take his word for it. In fairness, the things around here probably were ten times more valuable than anything he owned. “You’re a real modern day Robin Hood, aren’t you?” he remarked. “How much are you going to sell it for?”
Duncan shrugged, giving the guy a once over as he passed him. “Truthfully, you don’t. And I like to think of myself as pretty good judge of character but you can never to be to sure these days.” His brows raised at the others words. Was that a threat? A challenge or a warning? “Like I said, I don’t want your garbage anyway,” he teased. Honestly, he wouldn’t bet on himself in a fight between the two. But he figured he could definitely get in a few good hits. Still, probably nothing worth a broken nose for. “Not all that important, I don’t really believe in any of that stuff anyway. But if it is true...I think me taking a bowl or two is gonna be a deal breaker.”
Duncan was relaxed and calm, a small smile still on his face. It was evident that this fellow did not share that sentiment. He seemed tense and if he didn’t really care about the stolen item, then why did he seem so uptight. “I wouldn’t compare myself to Robin Hood. Unless I’m also considerd the poor that he gave too. Whatever money I make is going directly to the needy...aka me.” He paused, wetting his bottom lip for a moment before continuing. “I’m Duncan, by the way. Forgive me for asking but I know you don’t care about this thing and maybe you’re a little worried about your own belongings but you seem tense? Just first day nerves?”
darianrosales·:
feeble fingers grasp the pen that’s vigorously being used to sketch in darian’s small leather journal . his eyes seem to flicker between the luscious green of the campus’ garden & his sketches . the view made him feel like he hadn’t just up & moved his life only because some silly letter told him that he was a god . drawing the anatomy of the various plants & flowers before him made him feel like he was back in his tiny little van without a worry in the world . darian’s head was definitely elsewhere before he realized someone was speaking to him , looking up at the other he cocked a brow , thankful his hair was pulled back & not in his face as he did , “ i’m sorry . can you repeat that ? ”
“Oh I was just asking if you knew what kind of plant that was. You seem pretty invested in...whatever it is you’re drawing.” Duncan had watched the other for a bit, almost not even seeing him at first while he strolled through the lush garden. But for as quiet as the other was being and how well he had blended in, he seemed to have blocked out the world from his view as well. The gardens were beautiful, there was no denying that. Even he felt compelled by the ivy and vines but this man was on another level. “Mind if I take a peak?”
army-of-angels:
Zachariah watched the stranger curiously, eyes darkening a bit as he listened to his reasoning. It seemed that whoever he was, the other man seemed more than eager to just take the bowl and book it out of the towers. So maybe not everyone was interested in the lavish lifestyle here, it would seem. “Are you just a thief and not a student here?” he remarked, arms still over his chest as he sized up the other with a flat expression. He didn’t exactly care what the other did with the bowl; it wasn’t his and he wasn’t the one trying to make money off of stolen goods. But Zachariah couldn’t shake the nagging voice of his father demanding some sense of justice, and at the very least, he wasn’t interested in this stranger looting through his own belongings and taking whatever he wanted before he left in a week. “Probably one of the staffers if they find out you’ve been stealing things. Someone less friendly than me,” Zachariah pointed out.
“I care that you don’t take any of my stuff is all. Unless you’ve already looted through everyone’s rooms,” the soldier remarked, eyes still fixated on the other man. Why did he care? “Would you rather I just stood here and pretended I didn’t see you steal a bowl in front of me?” Zachariah sighed before shaking his head, moving to walk past him. “If you’re so sure you’re going to be gone, why wait a week or two? Just leave tomorrow.”
Duncan laughed at that. He had been accused of a lot of things in his past and over half of them were probably true. “Why can’t I be both? I didn’t know being a thief and a student were mutually exclusive.” He could see that he most likely not going to get through to this guy. Honestly, he didn’t really owe him an explanation. “I’m not gonna argue with you chief. Go rat me out if you want. But why leave early when I could potentially have another few days here and another few things to take? You think I came here just to steal a bowl? Besides, if I leave now I won’t find out why I’m really here. ” Duncan rather liked the guys attitude, maybe a little to law-abiding for his liking but it took guts.
“Relax. I’m not going to touch your stuff. I mean, why take yours when things around campus are most likely ten times more valuable.” Duncan didn’t make a habit of stealing. He wasn’t a looter and he certainly didn’t intrude on the privacy of others. No, he made his life doing odd jobs...which sometimes meant the occasionaly con. But someone’s personal items? No. They earned those or made those or had sentimental attachments to them. They were just trying to make it just like he was. But a fancy campus like this? “Plus, they probably won’t even notice it’s missing. It was just gonna sit there for years when someone could use it to buy dinner or place to sleep for a few nights. Doesn’t really sound fair to me.”
army-of-angels·:
Closing the door behind him, Zachariah had just made his way out of the pool locker rooms, only to come across a rather suspicious person stuffing some glass bowl away into his backpack. In fact, it was clear something was off, given that the hallway table he passed by was originally decorated with some glass fruit in a bowl. Perhaps the same bowl that the other man was currently tucking away amidst his belongings. At the charming smile and the proposed question, Zachariah cocked a brow and crossed his arms over his chest, keeping his gaze fixated on the other man and the bag that he was holding. “…Seems like you know your way around here just fine, since you seem to think everything here is yours,” the army man pointed out, jutting his chin towards the backpack.
“You really think that’s such a good idea, especially as a new kid? Or are you even supposed to be a student here?” Zachariah started, his eyes narrowing at the idea of a thief making their way into the towers. On one end, at least he wasn’t the only kid feeling a bit out of place here, or so he would like to think. But on the other end, who was to say that this stranger wasn’t some fancy rich kid who just wanted some more things to add to their collection. “What were you planning on doing with the bowl? And maybe I can help you out after you answer me.”
Great...Duncan managed to find probably the one guy on campus that actually gave a shit about what he was doing. He figured most wouldn’t have cared and those who did wouldn’t have the balls call him out on it. Still, he supposed it could have been worse. He could have been caught by a professor or by whoever was in charge here. “I don’t know know what you’re talking about.” he jested with a crooked grin, holding up his hands in a playful defensive position. He knew he had been caught though and Duncan cut the act with a shrug. “That’s a damn good question. Honestly, I’m probably not supposed to be here. Which is exactly why I’m taking it. In a week or two, I’ll be gone and if these can pay for another month of living, you bet your ass I’m taking them.” He dropped the smile then, slinging the pack over both of his shoulders now. “Besides...who’s gonna stop me?”
He squared the other man up, wondering who was he exactly to feel the need to stop him. Honestly, Duncan wasn’t sure how much the bowl as actually worth but it was decorated enough for him to know it was worth something and from his experience, it was better to ask for forgiveness than permission. And to not jump at opportunities was a death sentence. “Why do you care, anyway?”
Dionysus: I have to tell
you something, I stopped drinking for good!
All of the Olympians: That’s good!
Dionysus: Now I drink for evil, cheers!
Duncan had been doing his fair share of exploring the areas currenly available to him, though he suspected that there was a lot left to be seen. Taking in the gradeur of it all had been intimidating and unearthly and he couldn’t help but feel an unease of intrusiveness; suddenly feeling like he didn’t belong. His body didn’t show it though as he walked with confidence, arrogance even, across the campus grounds littered with fountains and fancy shrubbery and things he could only imagine he’d ever see. He had a bag slung over his shoulder of some of his more impotant belongings. As Duncan was making his way towards the cafeteria to find something to eat, something in the hallway had caught his eye. It wasn’t uncommon to see plants in fancy pots or knick-knacks, busts or bowls on top of pedestals and tables that lined the fancy hallways. This particular thing was a small bowl that held fancy glass fruits.
The man smiled and made a quick glance over his shoulder. He seemed to be alone at the moment and there was no time like the present. Unzipping his bag, Duncan emptied the fake fruit into one of the smaller pockets and was beginning to squeeze the bowl in as well we heard the clink of the door behind him. Shit. He zipped up his bag, plastering on a charming smile as he turned. His face said that he knew he had been caught but that didn’t mean he was going to bring it up. If they wanted to pretend they didn’t see anything that he wasn’t going to argue. “Oh hey,” he started, “They really should have given the new kids a map or something. I’m completely lost. Think you could help me out?”

the idea of side boys earned a smirk from henri. he agreed with hera’s outlook towards loyalty between two lovers to an extent, but given the rules of his current relationship —a bit of fun with other people was allowed. “queens don’t typically get such a privilege,” he remarked awhile casually servicing the underside of duncan’s cock with his tongue. henri seemed to be greatly enjoying himself, soft supple lips gliding smoothly along the thick meat treat provided to him. “i’m hoping to change that. kings shouldn’t be the only ones getting all the pleasure,” the empress added and kissed duncan once more, prolonging it just a little longer this time to truly taste the blonde. “i’ll hold you true to your promise then.” mouth parting wide open, he enveloped the head of duncan’s length and slowly but surely began taking one inch after another down his tight throat.
“Hmmm, a shame.” he mused out, his hips beginning a slow rhythmic thrusting. “No reason that everyone shouldn’t have fun.” he groaned. “In fact, no reason the king and the queen can’t share at the same time.” He chuckled at that one, his cock twitching with more precum. The idea of both Henri and Zayn at the same time was very erotic. Duncan’s hand gripped at Henri’s hair, allowing for better leverage. The thrusting began a little faster and deeper, seeing how much Henri could handle. he threw his head back in ecstacy, letting out a sigh. "If you aren’t careful I’ll finish right here and now,” he said, his free hand moving to gently massage his balls. “Unless you want me to fuck you? Or we can just finish on each other at the same time?”

preston looked at duncan after their kiss. it was soft. it was nice having it. he was now on top of him, and preston grinned. “ no, not rough at all, ” he whispered. he looked at the other male, his hand softly touching his cheek. preston found duncan very attractive, and the fact that he was here, visiting him, apologizing, checking up on him, preston felt it endearing. the sea king leaned down on the other and he kissed him once again.
Preston was an attractive man. There was no doubt about that. Duncan licked his lips after the kiss was broken and his eyes examined the man on top of him. “I promise this is not what I came in here for but I’m not complaining.” He teased, his hands gripping other side of Prestons ass on top of him, pulling him closer still. “Oh well...do you like it a little rough?”
