ULTIMA - LORD BRITISH - 1981- One of the things I’m really interested in is how video games & TTRPGS grew up alongside each other & a lot of the evolution of video games was people trying to get their computers to do what TTRPGs did. Ultima, a game series by Richard Garriott (aka Lord British) was exactly one of these… I only played it a few times, my favorite D&D type games were Hack, Bard’s Tale & Legend of Zelda. In fact by the time that console games got to be of quality with the Nintendo I wasn’t too concerned about PC games & also by that time I was over D&D & had moved on to other systems. Despite this - Ultima had the great chrome logo, the cloth map with each game & frequently other cool tchotchkes (I think this game also had a good copy protection, that prevented me from obtaining it like most of my C64 games).

Over at the Battle for Brüttelburg Kickstarter! By fan request we decided to make the DIRTY DEEDS box for use with DUNGEON DEGENERATES: HAND OF DOOM. This box is influenced by The Battle For Brüttelburg! The central concept behind it is new Dirty Deeds Mini Missions that are smaller, non-campaign missions that you can do whenever you want or just as a short game of DUNGEON DEGENERATES.

The rough contents, (still being fleshed out):

Achtung! This is the first Patreon mission for DUNGEON DEGENERATES: HAND OF DOOM! But you are just looking! Please become a DEGENERATE to gain access to them first, then they are passed on to Die Wurst then gathered into Mission collections in the far flung future. I am coming up with the Meat & Flavor & Rulesmonger Leigh Shepard then goes & does his magic on it turning it into something playable! There are countless Wurstreich stories just waiting to be told & we’re ready & willing to being them to you!

The Mission is formatted to American letter 8.5”x11” just like the books in the game & this one is three pages long!
