“I don’t– think that’s a good idea.” Aigami flinches at the idea. It seems far more likely that jamming something into the purple slime would cause the electricity brimming inside of it to discharge… and electrocute Ryou.

“They can’t be too high of a voltage, right? I mean, I’ve seen them interacting with other creatures… so it’s probably not too bad.” Hopefully, anyway. He didn’t want to fry the portable charger.

“It’s... alive, right?” Aigami asks with an air of uncertainty. They moved and interacted with other living things, so they appeared to be aware enough of their surroundings.  “Please don’t stab it.”

“I wonder… if this little purple creature could be used to charge up a portable battery….” It’s quite tempting to stab it with the charger’s plug and see what happens.

Headcanon: Black Clown/Crown

The original name of the Otogi’s family game shop is Black Clown for… obvious reasons. When Ryuji graduates from high school and takes ownership of the store, he alters the name slightly to Black Crown. 

The name is similar enough that he didn’t have to spend a lot of money for rebranding, while taking the Clown out of the title makes him feel as if the store is truly his.
