I used: 🍦ice cubes (more or less depending on the thickness you want) 🍦 stevia or other 0 cal sweeteners 🍦 vanilla extract or flavor 🍦 salt (teensy bit) 🍦water Blend and enjoy! Mine turned out more milkshake-y bc I didn’t have enough ice cubes but it’s still yummy. ✨ xo

I decided to make my own list since the others I’ve seen just repeat themselves. So nothing is repeated, and everything is great. Stay safe.
1. Keep a journal - print photos of thinspiration, tips, quotes, and workouts.
2. When you’re craving something, count to 100.
3. Wear a rubber band around your wrist.
4. Clean something when you want to eat.
5. Drink lots of water.
6. Drink herbal tea with stevia - no calories.
7. Drink green tea with stevia - no calories and an appetite suppressant.
8. Chew sugar-free gum when hungry.
9. Never eat dinner.
10. Take a calcium vitamin.
11. Take an HSN vitamin. Biotin is best.
12. Take a women’s multivitamin.
13. Exercise lightly 5x/wk - sit-ups, push-ups, jumping jacks, butterflies, squats, arm circles, etc.
14. 2 tbsp of vinegar before a meal will suck the fat out.
15. Caffeine decreases appetite.
16. Coke Zero is delicious.
17. If you must binge, just taste it - chew & spit.
18. Drink loads of water.
19. Weigh yourself weekly - in the morning, after you’ve peed, before you’ve consumed anything.
20. Don’t reward yourself with food - reward yourself with going to the movies, a concert, getting a mani/pedi, getting a facial, getting your eyebrows done, buying a new pair of booties, buying a new necklace, buying a new eyeshadow palette, etc.
21. Wear baggy clothes.
22. Stay cold.
23. Keep your hands busy - draw, write, knit, smoke, etc.
24. Take body check pics every week.
25. Eat half of a serving size and save the rest for later.
26. Put your fork down between each bite.
27. You have to eat on dates - eat slowly, ask for a to-go box and throw it away, drink water or Coke Zero, go to the restroom at least once (don’t purge though), act as normal as possible.
28. Mints.
29. Brush your teeth 2-4x/day.
30. Never stop moving - when sitting, shake your leg.
31. Sleep for at least 6 hours.
32. Eat meals on smaller plates.
33. Kids meals have proper portions, a free drink, and a dessert.
34. Low-cal hot chocolate, for when you’re craving chocolate.
35. Keep your nails painted.
36. Chew gum while cooking.
37. Don’t eat for 3h before bed.
38. Fast for 2-4 days per week.
39. Cardio.
40. Use vitamin E oil before shampooing (just like shampoo) to keep it healthy.
41. Eat half of a meal, and throw the other half away.
42. A glass of wine has 80 calories.
43. Read the nutrition facts.
44. Eating 100cal meals 4x/day is better than having one 400cal meal.
45. The occasional binge could be beneficial.
46. IF you’re a cutter, do so to punish yourself.
47. Learn to cook, and cook for OTHERS. You will get so much satisfaction, more so than you may have gotten from eating it yourself.
48. Veggie/chicken broth warmed up.
49. Watch a morbidly obese person eat, watch My 600-Pound Life.
50. Don’t alienate yourself. Take a class.
51. Frozen grapes.
52. Apples.
53. Eat vegan.
54. Dark chocolate.
