The vanishing kids had Luna on edge and she honestly didn’t like the sound of it, it made her think to much of when she was friends with mystery inc. But something needed to be done about the teenagers and by golly she was going to do something. The woods were fucking creepy as all hell and thick as cake batter so she was wading out into an unknown area, her brain wondering if this was a very smart thing to do. ( answer: no it fucking was not you dumb ass ) Inspecting every inch that she could see before the branches behind her snapped and she stood still, heartbeat pounding so loud she was so worried someone could hear it. “Please be human…or at least not a violent fucking murderer?” She asked not wanting to turn around to face something that might be big and hairy.
dusk always took short cuts through town and the short cut closest from her music lessons to her home was through weirdo woods. did she like them? no way in hell, but she wanted to get home quickly and a creepy little walk shouldn’t hurt anybody. with a bag slung over her shoulder, dusk carelessly walked over the crunching leaves and small twigs. she only glanced up right in time to notice luna stopped in front of her. “shit, i don’t think i would even be capable of being a violent murderer.” dusk chuckled, shaking her head. “what are you doing out here? you want someone to walk with?”

{ elizabeth gillies, cis female, she/her } ZOINKS !!! is that { ELODIE ‘DUSK’ THORTON } snooping around coolsville? they’re { THIRTY } and they’re a { MUSIC TEACHER/DRUMMER OF HEX GIRLS }. words going around that they’re { AMBITIOUS } and { LOYAL }. but i wouldn’t cross them cause they can also be { GUARDED } and { IMPATIENT }! i’ve heard they’re wanting to { AVOID } that new mystery that has cropped up! coolsville wouldn’t be as cool without them!
elodie had always been surrounded by music. from an early age, elodie took on multiple different instruments (drums being her favorite) as well as vocal lessons. her father was a musician and her mother was into theater, so both theater and music had a heavy influence on the young girl.
in high school, elodie was approached by one of her friends about putting a little band together. that small band then became what’s known today as the hex girls. elodie took on the stage name/nickname of dusk.
slowly but surely, the hex girls became more and more popular as the three finished high school and went on to their college age years.
elodie decided she would also pursue a degree in music as more or less of a back up plan with all sorts of creepy things popping up along the way. dusk wasn’t for it and was planning on leaving the band if more strange thinks kept occurring to them.
later on, elodie decided it was probably best to settle down as much as she could. now, when she isn’t with the hex girls, she’s teaching music and really enjoying it. she’ll honestly answer to either elodie or dusk, but i feel like now especially she just goes by elodie.
