Today we had our first field test at the HC Ypenburg complex. Lots of data were gathered and will be analysed in the coming days. But the first rough visualisations looked very promising.

Last week we did the first update of Displaio. Next step is gathering feedback again. Especially on the API we set up for developers to integrate project updates in any app or website.

Wat doe je voor werk en wat is jouw ambitie?

Ik ben partner bij Dutch Coast: een klein technologiebureau dat software en tegenwoordig ook producten en zelfs media ontwikkelt. We besteden veel tijd aan onderzoek en ontwikkeling met de ambitie op lange termijn iets moois en praktisch aan de samenleving bij te dragen. Iets met aandacht voor menselijke maat en de kwaliteit van samenleven. Daarvoor werken we het liefst samen met veel verschillende partijen. Dan ontstaan de mooiste dingen, zoals een technologie festival, een social lock(een slim elektronisch fietsslot i.c.m. een app) of een gebruikersvriendelijke open data store.

In the past months we started a new project with The Hague University of Applied Sciences, Technical University of Delft and the city of Delft.

It's hard to get a good overview of all the projects that are going on at Campus Delft. To get a better insight in the many collaborations of people and organizations we are developing Displaio together with TIC Delft and Betafactory. This is an open "Project Graph". Anyone can start a project timeline and share updates. The sum of all contributions is a useful set of open data on the projects in the region. How are the funded? Who is involved and which organizations are working together?

We set up a first - very beta - draft at www.displaio.com which we will update by the end of August to a more professional version. We are now looking for additional testers so share us a mail at [email protected] if you got a project for Displaio.

We are working on the update of our very first Simulfy App. WeTweetApp does exactly what you expect this app to do: help you write tweets together. Coming up are a couple of blogposts how we developed this app in a couple of days with the Simulfy Javascript Platform.

Our Moodpaste app is almost past the 10.000 iPhone instals. We are ready for another update and prepare to take the next step with this real time e-commerce decision support service.
