The exercise bike has gone from needed tool to master and commander. Admittedly a master and commander that I receive great benefit from but still and all a master and commander. But, as the wise old woman said 'you can't eat your cake and have it too'.

Give or take a year ago M”lady bought some long, thin, bright red and incredibly hot chili peppers. We ate some and placed the rest aside to gather their seeds. Most of the seeds sprouted.
