An easy and simple simmer pot spell that will help get rid of anxiety, negative energy, and anything thats bothering you. I created this spell using fresh lavender and spearmint from my garden. I also added dried chamomile for extra calming! I was so excited to create this spell using herbs that I grew this year, that I just had to share with you all! I decided to use fresh herbs and plants so I could smell their wonderful aroma in my home.

Directions:

1. Gather fresh cuttings of lavender and spearmint. They don’t absolutely have to be fresh, dried will work just as well! Also gather dried or fresh chamomile. Optional: Chamomile & Lavender Essential Oil. Spearmint smells delightful and is great for headaches and calming when used in aromatherapy. Lavender is well known as a calming herb and smells beautiful. The aromatics at play here will delight your senses.

2. Fill pot with water and add in ingredients. While throwing in the ingredients, focus on letting go of your frustrations. Let go of your troubles.

3. Bring to a low simmer. As you stir, stir both clockwise and counter clockwise. While going counter clockwise, think about the feelings and energies you are trying to let go of. While stirring clockwise, focus on allowing calm feelings to wash over you.

4. Smell and breathe in some of the aroma from the pot. Let it calm you, strengthen you, and revitalize you. The aroma is captivating! Enjoy it!

5. Take pot off stove and allow to cool. Store in a small bottle. When you’re having a bad or frustrating day, pour some of the water on your pulse points and focus on letting go of frustrations. Intent is key here.

Let me know if you try it! I hope you enjoy it! :) It’s one of the first spells I created as a green witch. I love simmer pot recipes, and thought I would add a witchy touch!
