HEADCANONS      /     ENTITIES  REALM .

all  survivors  are  immortal  and  upon  being  killed  at  the  hands  of  the  killer     ,     bleeding  out     ,      escaping     ,     or  being  sacrificed     ,     end  up  in  a  safe  realm  around  a  campfire  for  rest  before  their  next  trial .     there  are  no  killers  in  this  safe  realm .

killers  remain  in  their  respective  realm  until  called  upon  for  a  trial  and  may  share  a  realm  with  other  killers  in  the  case  of  overlapping  maps .

the  entity  provides  basic  necessities  to  survivors  to  keep  them  fighting .     this  includes  clothing     ,     food     ,     water     ,     and  comfortable  enough  sleeping  areas  in  their  realm .

     no  longer  pearly  whites  harshly  clamp  on  his  lower  lip     ,     avoiding  the  masked  visage  of  his  assailant     —     the  legion .     more  specifically  the  one  called  frank  and  perhaps  the  most  brutal  of  the  bunch .     dwight  knew  there  was  little  to  no  chance  of  negotiating  his  safety  but  that  didnt  mean  he  couldnt  buy  time  and  put  off  the  inevitable  death  that  would  send  him  back  to  the  campfire .

      ❛     well     —     no     ,     i  suppose  not .     but  uh  . . .     ❜     voice  trails  away     ,     trembling  weakly  in  place  with  his  back  against  a  generator .     the  sounds  of  regression  are  almost  unnoticed  over  his  own  rapidly  beating  heart  pounding  in  his  ears .      ❛     whats  the  rush ?     arent  we  here  basically  forever  . . .     ❜

     hands  clutch  desperately  at  the  fabric  over  his  own  rapidly  beating  heart     ,     taking  mental  note  of  its  sweat  soaked  condition .     a  nightmare ?     but     —     it  felt  so  .  .  .  real .     eyes  frantically  search  dark  surroundings  only  to  meet  leon’s  firm     ,     yet  reassuring  gaze .     slowly  but  surely  raspy  and  hasty  breathing  begins  to  calm     ,     though  his  mind  races  with  vague  memories  of  the  nightmare .     blood      ,     screaming     ,     the  smell  of  death  and  rot  hung  heavy  in  his  nose  and  it  only  made  him  all  the  more  nauseous .

      ❛     leon     —     i  can  still  smell  it     ,     see  it .     the  bodies     ,     all  that  blood  . . . .  i  never  realized  just  how  much  blood  there  is  in  a  person .     it  was  like  . . .  like  a  pool .     ❜     hands  release  his  shirt  and  wipe  the  sweat  away  from  his  dirtied  face     ,     eyes  returning  to  the  latter .     ❛     where  are  the  others  ?     ❜
