Do you ever think about how strange the act of clapping is? You’re just making sounds with your hands to show someone that you appreciate them and that they did a good job with something. I think about this because Nathan has been singing ‘If You’re Happy and You Know It Clap Your Hands’ and will not stop clapping. It’s like repeating the word ‘shoes’ over and over again and you begin to realize how strange it is, how it came to be.
