Denise: smiled and shook her head. "Don't give me that power, Mr. Criss," she told him. "You never know what I'll do with it." After a pause, she continued. "You have mine too, I hope you know."

Darren: held her close "Well that'll never happen. If something hsppens to me, it goes to you."

Denise: shook her head and sighed. "No," she told him. "If something happens to you, I'm done. I remove any trace of myself, create a new identity, and disappear."

Darren: pushed her hair from her eyes and sighed "Okay but only because I don't want to be on your bad side." He looked at her, love in his eyes.

Denise: nodded her head and kissed him gently. "And I'm only going so I can keep you alive so I don't have to witness the Joe-Jeff pissing contest that results from one of them needing to take over."

Darren: was surprised by what he was witnessing. He'd never seen Denise upset or worried. She had such a flippant attitude about their relationship that maybe it was more of an act for her. He rubbed her shoulders and whispered "What if Chuck went instead? And I stayed?"

Denise: scoffed and rolled her eyes. "Awesome, so if something happens to him, you can hold your weird brother-death-grudge-guilt over me forever because I'm the one that forced you to stay and send him out. Great plan," she said and turned away from him. She looked away and took a deep breath. "Take me with you," she said eventually. "So I know you're safe."
