The main news for our industry is that the Scottish Government is permitting the housing market to continue. They say: “For activities in connection with moving home (including viewing a property), or for activities in connection with the maintenance, purchase, sale, letting, or rental of residential property that the person owns or is otherwise responsible for" The property market is therefore permitted to continue, which is good news for those vendors on market and going through conveyancing & tenants given notice or looking to move property.
