Thanks so much for the tag, Bee (@geminiwritten)! I'm sorry it's taken me this long to do it but I swear I'm excited for it, my little fellow Directioner haha
RULES if tagged, copy the questions into a new post and let us know your answers!
WHEN DID YOU START WRITING?
I've always been writing. No shit. There still are little booklets I made in elementry school, where I glued pages together and wrote stories about me and my friends as super heroes or that kind of stuff. Horrible spelling, but whatever! Fanfics I started at thirteen. Harry Potter and later One Direction. In my first language still. When I switched to Tumblr when I was 19 that's when I expanded fandoms and started to write in English✨
WHAT FIC DO YOU WISH COULD GET A LITTLE MORE LOVE?
The Mötley Crüe Pirate AU! I feel like fanfics with multiple parts never do so well on Tumblr (or maybe that's a me problem?) and I had such fun writing this! It's so silly but that's the fun of it! 🌊
FIRST FAMOUS OR FICTIONAL CRUSH?
Ben Barnes as Prince Caspian in Narnia.
HOW OPEN ARE YOU TO PEOPLE IRL ABOUT WRITING FICS?
Oh most people know. I've been doing this for soo long and I'm not ashamed of it. That being said, except my besties they don't read them, but most know they exist. Also, I'm currently querying my manuscript and fanfic is part of the jerney that got me there so I'll never be ashamed of it!🩷
WHAT IS A MUNDANE FACT ABOUT YOU?
I'm actually a pretty good cook... I love to cook, I find it very calming. I try to keep traditional recipes of my country alive by learning how to cook them, while also experiementing with new stuff and a lot of Italian cuisine. 👩🏼🍳
Where I'm from we make these tiny egg dumplings called Spätzle and when I make them, I feel this strange connection to the women before me... like we've all prepared them in the same way for our families for centuries now! Isn't that insane?

I first started writing in 6th grade- that's when I first got into fanfiction for Countryhumans and I think I just got bored of always having to wait to see if there were any new rusame fics so I started writing my own- though I was terrible at it, and I'm still not so good, sigh
WHAT FIC DO YOU WISH COULD GET A LITTLE MORE LOVE?
Ooooo there are so many... I think ill have to say Six Steps to Falling In Love by smallnspunky- its and ethubs organized crime heist au and its reaaallly good and deserves so much love. For my own fics-? I dont really care so idk 😭
FIRST FAMOUS OR FICTIONAL CRUSH?
Zane from Ninjago. Legit i remember in 2nd or 3rd grade I was so obsessed with him- and ig ever since, people that have similar personalities with him ive just always loved (omg hes the first prettyloserboy I ever liked wait that makes so much sense 🥺)
HOW OPEN ARE YOU TO PEOPLE IRL ABOUT WRITING FICS?
If they also read or write fics, then there's a pretty high chance they know. My bsf knows i write a lot but I dont think he knows i specifically write fanfics.. uhhh his gf knows tho lol. My friend Eliot knows fs, they've been writing Countryhumans stuff with me since like 7th grade. There's this one guy in my physics class who told me that there's nothing wrong with writing fanfiction (I was like freaking out bc I hate telling people I read and write that stuff) and he somehow got my tag outa me and even after that he was like ".... yeah this is weird" like wow that was a mistake (/lh).
WHAT IS A MUNDANE FACT ABOUT YOU?
Uhmmmm something mundane about me... uhm idk i have lots of those little travel tourist maps that I tape to my wall bc i like how they look. I have like 2 Vermonts, 2 or 3 Canada's, uhh i have Nevada, Montana and I think the last one would be New Jersey. I got them all at one place in New Hampshire, at one of those little shops at the dump where everything is pretty much free and up for grabs- i think its like an exchange shop? Idk but I love it and I got a whole anatomy book there so its been interesting to learn about specific parts of the body sometimes.
Annyyyways @qweenbeety @maplebees100 uhhh idk anyone else who wants <3 I genuinely just dont know who my moots are (IM SO SORREY) Just bad memory :,)
I first started in my early teen years. I didn't know what fanfiction was then (unfortunate I know) but as I think back, I realize I was writing warrior cats fanfiction at 12 lol.
What fic do you wish could get a little more love?
Anything by @daniofcrows. I've read all of there fics several times because they are SO GOOD. They deserve all the love physically possible for their wonderful work :D
First famous or fictional crush?
heheh... Wirt from Over the Garden Wall for sure. I totally did not learn the clarinet because I liked his character so much... totally not....
How open to people IRL are you about writing fics?
About 90% of my friends read fanfiction I've discovered so fairly open about it. I do not tell them what I've written though. That's for me to know and them to not know.
What is a mundane fact about you?
I have a bunch of flags on my walls from countries I've never been to because I like how they look (and the countries themselves are cool)

Finished my first piece for the MCYT alphabet event! My prompt was Mythology so I did a redraw from a scene in Hadestown (Greek mythology musical) with Etho and Bdubs :D
They're supposed to be resting up before the last leg of their adventuring party's journey, but Etho is too restless to take advantage of a nice, comfy bed, with a nice, comfy Bdubs in it. The druid will just have to fix that.
---
"What are you doing?"
Etho didn't startle. Even from the garden, he'd heard the creak of the bedroom door opening. When that wasn't followed by mumbling or sleepy bird sounds, he'd ruled out Scar and Grian.
That left Bdubs.
He tilted his masked face at him over his shoulder. The druid stood on the threshold of the backdoor, lit by the warm glow of a candle in his hand. He hadn't bothered with a holder, apparently. The wax was already dangerously close to his fingers.
Etho stood from the iron bench and stepped up, taking the candle from the other man.
"It's a nice night," he said, tugging down his mask to blow out the flame. "Moon is - "
Before he could cover his face again, Bdubs had reached to lay a palm along the side of his face. His broad, rough thumb brushed along the underside of his left eye before tracing down the length of his scar to the gap it made in his lips.
He pushed the digit into the gap, lifting his top lip. Etho snapped his teeth at him, and Bdubs laughed, soft and sleepy.
"The moon is opening its eye right now, yanno," Bdubs reminded him, as if he were explaining how to shoe a horse, or the best time of year to plant cucumbers. "It can see you aren't dreaming."
The rogue, ever wary of his companion's lunar predilections, smirked into the curve of Bdubs' hand. "Uh huh. It's the moon that says I need to get to bed?"
Bdubs' face scrunched up at him, eyes suspicious. "Do you like being out here more than sleeping with me?"
"No," Etho replied. "I just didn't want to wake you up with my tossing and turning."
Bdubs sighed with the weight of two years of the same argument. "You oughta wake me on purpose. Let me help. Please. We're supposed to be getting rest."
Bdubs was dangerously close to pouting now, and Etho did still have his mask down after all - he tugged the shorter man close by the belt of his robe and leaned down to press their lips together, gentle.
Etho felt both of Bdubs' hands in his hair immediately, his mouth opening against his own with the warm familiarity that reminded Etho - yes, actually, I could do this forever.
He sank into the kiss, the rhythmic meeting of their lips, the sensation of coming home that followed them from village to campsite to this little house in this weird little village. From one adventure to the next. He slipped the candle in his pocket and put his arms around Bdubs' waist, holding him close, knocking their foreheads together.
The druid gazed at him steady, his warm brown eyes ethereal in the moonlight. But his grin was all boyish glee. His new hairstyle made him look young, wild in a very different way than usual. It looked good. Etho wanted to pull on it.
"Come on. I'll wear you out the old-fashioned way," Bdubs said with a laugh. "And if that doesn't work, I'll give you a Dream."
"We'll see," Etho murmured, but he let himself be pulled inside, following Bdubs to the bedroom.
---
It was rare to have a bed. Rarer still to be alone and have a bed.
It should be a luxury, but it just made Etho restless. Four walls he couldn't see through, no one on watch. Worse still, Bdubs tended to smush his face into the pillows, and it was hard to hear him breathe. He also talked in his sleep. And kicked.
But right now, he was awake. Awake, smiling, and stifling a giggle as he climbed onto the mattress, pulling Etho with him.
"H'okay," Bdubs breathed against his lips, voice too loud for a whisper. "Let's make good use of this bed. The second best use for a bed."
"Second?!" Etho cleared his throat, tried again, quieter. "We'll see about second."
Bdubs laughed, one eye closing as Etho danced gentle fingers over his new braids. "C'mon. If you'd let me show you some good Dreams more often, you'd know I'm right." He smirked.
"You don't need spellwork to give me good dreams, bunny." Etho cooed, sliding the robe off of Bdubs' tanned shoulders.
The druid grimaced. "You've been listening to Scar too much."
Etho just chuckled, following Bdubs down to the pillows.
